Billing questions
Can I use Dictawave for free?
Yes. The free plan covers regular use on short recordings and includes speaker labels and subtitle export.
What counts as a transcription minute?
The duration of the audio processed. Uploading a 12-minute file uses 12 minutes of your allowance.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Allowances reset each billing period; they do not accumulate.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops future billing and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Is there a team plan?
Studio adds seats and admin controls. Contact us for volume pricing.
Do you offer refunds?
If a paid period was charged in error, contact support within 14 days.

Is my audio kept after transcription?
Uploads are processed to produce your transcript and are not retained for longer than needed. See the privacy page.
